Marriage is described in sacred tradition as a garment of peace, comfort, and mutual covering. However, misunderstandings, external family pressures, and financial stressors can strain even strong bonds if not handled with spiritual wisdom.
Wa min aayaatihee an khalaqa lakum min anfusikum azwaajan li-taskunoo ilayhaa wa ja'ala baynakum mawaddatan wa rahmah.
“And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.”
Surah Ar-Rum (30:21)
Whenever conflict arises, choose listening over contention. Seek common counsel before disagreements harden into resentment, and let your home be saturated with prayer and mutual grace.
